The epoxy resin for wood Aggrappante Pava 100 , Reform -A Pava 72 , Pavatekno 2 used for the construction of injections / consolidations of wood materials are all solvent-free and therefore suitable for the use in domestic location and also in storages for  processing of foodstuffs; they are also suitable for medical and health care location.
In addition, these formulations have been developed for the specific purpose in collaboration with the University of Padua and the Research Centre of the Department of Organic Chemistry of University Ca ' Foscari in Venice.
In this regard, the compressive strength of the Epoxy resin for wood as well as its elastic modulus have been properly developed in order to support effectively the behavior of wood material (beams , floors, etc.) even when these are subjected to tensile stresses due to bending . In fact, if the coating is too rigid and formulated with unreasonably high compressive strength, it would cause a physical stress when placed in a "more flexible" wooden material and of course subjected to tension loading .
In contrast, the "performance" which are available in the above mentioned  resin coatings are largely guaranteed and more than sufficient for the intended use .
In addition, these epoxy resin for wood have been studied by leaving the possibility of acting on the rheological final capacity (for example with thickeners and thixotropic materials) to achieve the best final viscosity without affecting in any way on the required development of compressive strength.
Moreover this operation allows with the use of suitable equipment ( pressure injectors , etc.) to reach the most impervious areas within the wooden beams creating a final particularly homogeneous "compound": too thixotropic systems ( with high viscosity ) even if injected by high pressure, they cannot effectively occlude the various not homogeneous parts which are present in the wood materials.
